Proof of ID Documentation Requirements
To ensure you can start trading your live account quickly, it’s important that you submit valid Proof of ID documentation. To find out how to submit the correct documentation, watch the short how-to video below.
Accepted ID
Documentation types
- A copy of your international passport (signature page);
- A copy of your driver's licence; or
- A copy of your government issued national identity card.
Simply upload your Proof of ID documentation via your Client Portal, or alternatively you may send it to [email protected]

Click here to log in to your Client Portal using the email and password used to register your account.

If you haven't already had your documentation verified, you will be prompted to complete your application. Simply click 'Complete Application'.

Select your Proof of ID document and click 'Upload'
